All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction (subject to payment channel-specific minimums which may be higher).

Sports betting: All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Live in-play odds are subject to rapid change; the odds at confirmation may differ from those displayed at the point of initiating the bet selection where a delay occurs. Confirmed bets at the accepted odds are final.

• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held separately. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagering activity unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

• The account is being used for money laundering or other unlawful financial activity;

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance net of any applicable deductions for outstanding investigations will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account termination for cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, buy138 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
